Supplies:

Two rectangles of thicker fabric, 45cm x 35cm

Two strips of cotton webbing to complement your fabric, 60cm long

What to do:

Stitch a zig zag stitch around all the edges of your fabric to prevent fraying

Hem the tops of both your rectangles

Pin your webbing in place on the wrong side of your fabric, against the hem, to make handles, with 2.5cm of webbing overlapping the fabric

Stitch the handles in place by sewing a rectangle over each end of the webbing and fabric, then stitching a cross in the middle of that rectangle

Pin your two fabric rectangles together, right sides facing

Stitch all around the three unhemmed sides
